Meta Ads · week ending Fri 5 Sep 2026

You spent $4,065 and got $10,772 back — about $2.65 for every $1.

Two things worth your time: FHB Scaling holds three times the budget of Testing while earning less on every dollar, and the Cigar Bandz pop-up became your cheapest lead source after your 27 Aug changes.

Nothing urgent yesterday. FHB Scaling had a weak day at $1.71 back per $1, but that was 6 sales — too small to act on. Two broken ads on FHB, both in paused campaigns, neither costing money.

What I'd do this week

1
Move budget from FHB Scaling to Testing, gradually
Shifting $500 a week would turn $1,510 of sales into $2,117 — roughly $600 more for the same money. Go about $100/day and watch: Testing may not hold $4.23 at higher spend, which is the normal reason broader “scaling” campaigns earn less per dollar. If Testing drops below Scaling, stop moving.

2
Find out where the Cigar Bandz applications landed
The 27 Aug rebuild took applications from 2 a day to 12 a day and cut the cost 23%132 applications in 30 days at $2.45 each. If they reached the pipeline and got worked, this campaign deserves more budget, not less. Also worth moving the last $10/day off the page-views ad set, which buys clicks rather than leads.

3
Settle the RollRunner margin question
At $1.75 back per $1, RollRunner is either modestly profitable or quietly losing money on every sale, and that cannot be resolved from ad data alone. If gross margin is under about 57%, it loses money. It is the second-biggest campaign, so this is worth ten minutes.

4
Clear two broken ads on Farm House Blends
“Promoting website: https://farmhouseblends.com/” in campaign [02/02/2025] Promoting https://farmhouseblends.com/ was rejected at its last review. It cannot be switched back on — it has to be rebuilt as a new ad. It had spent $960 and reached 166,588 people first.
“Niko's Lead Ads 2” in Niko's Lead Campaign 2 never delivered at all, $0 spent. Technical error, not policy. Both campaigns are paused, so neither costs anything today.

What the numbers mean

Back per $1
Meta calls this ROAS. Spend $100, get $300 of tracked sales → $3 back per $1. It counts revenue, not profit — it ignores what the product cost you to make.
Cost per sale
Meta calls this cost per result or CPA. Ad money divided by sales made. Lower is better.
Scaling vs Testing
Testing tries new audiences on a small budget; Scaling pours money into what already worked. Scaling normally earns a little less per dollar because it reaches colder audiences — some gap is expected, but a 28% gap sustained over a week is larger than expected.
Tracked sales
Sales Meta believes came from an ad, matched through your pixel. An estimate, usually generous, and it will not match your books exactly.
